Hello Everyone! I am in the process of applying to the Chamberlin FNP Online program and I just had a few concerns. I was wondering if anybody was aware of how successful Chamberlin graduates are at getting jobs after graduation. Do employers have a problem with online programs ever? Also, in terms of this being a for-profit school, how does this affect employment opportunities? Thank you for any information you can provide!!!

Hi there!

I am currently an FNP student at Chamberlain. I work for a nationally ranked and world renowned cancer hospital that pays for us to go to Chamberlain, so I am not afraid of finding a job afterwards. Feel free to PM with more questions if needed!

I had the same concerns. Although the convenience and flexibility of an online NP program is great, employers may pass up hiring a graduate from an online program for a graduate from a larger and wee known university. Are there any successful FNP grads from Chamberlain?

I don't think anyone has graduated yet, but I personally know 2 FNP graduates from Walden that found jobs with no problem. I have no worries about employment with Chamberlain. If my employer has an academic contract with them then I'm sure I can work anywhere I wish.

Chamberlain has a good reputation, that I know!
