You can try Commonwealth Board of Nurse Examiners Saipan. They require you to fill out a form, pass in your school records, a few 2x2 pictures, a notary public, birth certificate. You can search them at google :) I got my candidate bulletin/eligibility in less than a month.

can i still do that even if i am in the states?

Print out their form, provide them with the necessary documents like pictures, notary public, then mail the requirements to them. :) You can phone them regarding payment for registering to their BON

Be aware you may still require CGFNS service or some other accepted company when endorsing license to another state if an International trained nurse. Not all states require local license however many do require CES report from CGFNS or other acceptable company

I just posted on your other thread. I'm on the same boat as yours though I havent got my official results yet (took mine 01/17 and got the "bad pop up"). So although im still hoping for a good turn out, I'm preparing for the worst. I've heard about the new req. from CA BON from friends. And they too, were required to send their clinicals. They opted to apply on another state which is New Mexico. THey just need you to go through credentials evaluation. I will ask them the details tomorrow if you want. Hope all is well with you. Hi, I am a RN from Brazil and I intend to practice at Hawaii state. Infortunatelly I choosed the wrong way - CGFNS, and the Board of HI does not accept This credentials evaluation...so I spent My time and money until now....the wrost is CGFNS report says I have a deficiency in some hours of pratical mental health nursing...and I do not know which course of Nursing is accept to CGFNS to complete the US standarts to practice as a RN in Hawaii.

I am still in Brazil working in public health area, and totally lost in the long way to practice Nursing in US. The Board of Nursing of HI never answers my e-mails....anyway, if somebody could help me, I will apreciated a lot. I realy do not want give my dream...
