Most national and international health informatics conferences offer continuing education that is appropriate for nursing informatics. Check out the Summer Institute in Nursing Informatics offered by the University of Maryland School of Nursing, HIMSS, AMIA, MedInfo 2004 are other conferences offering nursing informatics specific tracks and continuing education credit.

Also visit http://www.winiconference.net or http://www.icce.us for a nursing informatics specific conference (and prep for the certification exam).

Many nursing informatics networking groups offer continuing education credit for their meetings, including CARING, ANIA, MANI, etc.
