Hey everyone! I recently received my RN license and wanted to get my license for another state. This state requires CE's where my licensed state does not. I was on Nurse.com and after doing a CE, it said that in order to get proper credit, I needed to insert my RN license number. This makes me uncomfortable and before doing so, I wanted to know if that's what I have to do. Is it required? And any info on this website would be appreciated. I've searched for reviews but had no luck. Thank you all for the help!

Your license is public information at the BON website. It is common for CE websites to ask for this information

I don't know why people get so weirded out by giving out their license number. As esme said, it is public knowledge. If I knew a few tid bits of info on you, I could easily pull up your number. Dont worry about it. CE websites ask for it because it is printed on your certificate for credit.
