Welcome to the site

You are not applying for NCLEX RN but through licensure to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is part of that process.

Depends on how long ago you submitted document for CGFNS exam, they may except them otherwise you will need to arrange submission again. CES is a evaluation of your transcripts. What BON are you applying to as they may accept your CGFNS exam instead of CES but you will need to discuss it with them?

The CGFNS exam has not been required for most states in several years. Getting approval on your documents to be able to sit for that exam is quite different from the CES process.

And for a fact, the transcripts are not required to be able to sit for the CGFNS exam, only completion of that one page of the application by your school will give you the okay to test.

The CES goes over each and every course that you have completed.

The states that did accept the exam in the past have usually given only a one year okay on using the results of the exam, then they have required the CES only. Again as mentioned, you will need to check specifics with the state that you are interested in.
