On average from start to finish is 4 months approximately so your report could be ready anytime

People have very different experiences with the CGFNS but I think they mention up to 10 weeks on their website. Personally, I received the report in 6 weeks after "ready for review" status. I think your report can be issued any day now.

Silverdragon, I'm curious about where you got the average of "4 months approximately". Is that something CGFNS has published? Since they are currently taking about a month even to log in all paperwork (this is their statement), and "up to" 12 weeks to process the report, it seems like a stretch to me that 4 months is even possible, much less average.

From start to finish we have always seen an approximately time average of 4 months. I do say approximately because for some it doesn't take as long but we also see some post that CGFNS have still not released report and as far as member can see all paperwork has been submitted and more than 6 months have passed. Also a lot has to do on how timely paperwork is sent in and how timely CGFNS work on that paperwork

Is this for a facility where you work? I'm curious (though you may not want to say) whether most of your nurses come from the same place--the Philippines, for instance. People coming from countries and schools that send applicants to the US regularly will have a faster time.

I'm not trying to deny your experience, but based on mine and many other accounts from people I've talked to or who have posted, 4 months isn't realistic for most--I don't want people to have hopes/expectations that it will be done that fast.
