CES report re-evaluation

hello

i had a cgfns ces report issued in june and i dont meet the requirements for nm sbon as i expected as i lack paeds and obs hours. i am not surprised or disappointed as i have a lot going on at the moment.

it would be easier for me to make up these hours in the usa as i plan to immigrate on a fiance visa. does anyone know if there is a deadline from the time the original report is issued by which i can get a report re-evaluation after i have made up these hours or is it that the original report is kept with the cgfns and i can apply for re-evaluation any length of time after the report was issued?

thankyou

I don't know about NM but the pedi and OBs are intergrated in the whole program. It maybe easier and cheaper to complete in the UK.

Thankyou Gingers Mom, Do you know how and where I can complete these in the UK?

and would they be as transferable to the USA as if I were to do it in the USA?

I have read so much on here that it is easier to make up hours in America, do they not combine paeds and obs??????

and i would still have to do about 60 hours in both paeds and obs clinical and theory so would it not be about the same length??

Thankyou

Last I remember there are no courses in the UK to make up these hours unless you do a bridge across like becoming a Paeds nurse or Midwife and usually these courses are 18 months if already a RN. There was a university that did make up courses but due to retrogression they stopped
