2016 CCP Nursing Program

Hey all, just want to reach out to those who are applying/accepted to the nursing program starting Fall 2016! Hope we can become a strong cohort and do this together! I just took the Kaplan entrance exam this evening and got an overall score of 80 (90s in reading, writing, and math... and a dismal score of 40 for science since I'm still taking AP II). I'm really excited for what's next (hopefully an acceptance letter :-D).

Anyone hopeful future classmates on here?

    Not yet. I don't think we'll find out (by mail) until late March or early April. If you need to know before that, it wouldn't hurt to contact the department head. From other years, it appears that orientation occurs someday in May after Spring finals.

    My exam is this Friday, where will I have to go to take it. the main office? there was a problem with my address so i never got the packet with instructions

    I took my exam in the Bonnell Building, room BG-14. The letter also says to bring any picture ID. Try to come 10-15 minutes before your exam time because they call people's name in one at a time in alphabetical order to enter the exam room. All the best!

    Hi! I was accepted as well and I must admit I'm extremely nervous. I hear so many nursing student nightmares therefore I'm anxious. On the other hand in really excited and ready to face the challenge. Hope to meet you all really soon.
