I had an 86 on TEAS (this is a really good score actually, I was pleasantly shocked to hear this). Basically I was in a weird situation where I completely bombed my first two semesters and was expelled from ccbc a few years ago due to health reasons/not being able to show up. I had to retake a lot of my prereqs and took English 3 times (2 Fs and an A). My ccbc GPA got back up to 3.6 by the time I applied and I hadn't taken micro or A&P2 yet, however I only had 2 Bs in A&P1 and bio. SHP claims they look at the overall GPA of all coursework attempted, so that really freaked me out because I would've been at like 2.5. I got in anyway (not sure if they can check midterm grades for in progress courses? But I did well in micro and a&p2 as well). If you are enrolled in micro in the Summer and are applying for the fall, I would say you have a fair chance. I would also say it 100% wouldn't hurt to retake A&P1 though, that's really your only possible pitfall on your application due to how important A&P is in nursing. Dr. Dubowy at the Dundalk campus is amazing and made A&P 10x less scary. Best of luck to ya!
