CCAC nursing program for Fall '13 question

Hey guys! Was wondering if anyone who has went through the application process/getting prereqs done could answer my question. Since it's too late for me to sign up for Fall class this year to take my Chem prereq I was wondering if I took it in the Spring '13 would I still have enough time to do the program in the Fall '13? I remember reading I had to be DONE with the class to even be considered for the program. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you in advance and have a great day :nurse:

yep it has to be done. i was doing chem in spring this year and applied for fall 12, but was not qualified to be considered and was rejected. Are all the chems full? when is drop day, stalk them online for an opening. that is what I did to get into a summer session of microbiology.

Unfortunately, no. It needs to be completed for you apply and Fall apps are usually due March 1st and you'll only be half done. Definitely stalk online for Chem classes, people drop out after the first class. Good luck!

I took my chem class online. CCAC accepts the nursingabc.com chem class. It was a bit expensive but still cheaper than the ccac class (when you factor in a text book and gas). You can take it at your own pace and it CAN be done in two weeks if you pick things up quick and really buckle down. I found it to be a better option than taking it on campus.
