CCAC Fall 2012 Applicants

I didn't apply for the lpn to rn option but I did apply for the fall of 2012. My first choice is south evening and second is south day.

Is anyone else in the process of applying for CCAC for fall? Right now I'm waiting for the office to finish pulling up all of my transcripts and paperwork so that I can turn in my application. I'm doing the LPN to RN, so if I get accepted I should be graduating with the class that is currently in the program. Anyone else doing LPN to RN? I'm hoping to be accepted at Allegheny. That's where I've done all of my prereq classes. My second choice is South Campus.

I also applied for fall 2012. My first choice is South day and second choice is Allegheny day.

I applied for Allegheny day first choice and south for second. When should we be hearing back?

I applied for fall 12' my first choice is allegheny day and second allegheny evening. I was told that we would hear back 1 1/2 to 2 months so I am assuming mid april to the beginning of may. I really hope we find out sooner I'm super anxious!! ...good luck to everyone

I am anxious as well! I keep checking my mailbox hoping that there will be a nursing packet. Good luck everyone!

I recently emailed the nursing secretary at north campus and she said letters wont be sent out until the end of april.

I hope they really do send them out in April. People were saying on another forum that they were overwhelmed with all of the applications this year and they wouln't be sending them out until June/ July. I hope thats not true because I will lose my mind waiting that long!

If I have to wait until June/July I'm going to be REALLY upset; I think it's pretty dang late for them to be sending out acceptance/denials even in April. How are people supposed to plan for other options if they have to wait until summer?

I heard back from the director of nursing at north campus and she said letters should go out early this week.. Let's hope this really happens.

Two people that I know got their acceptance letters yesterday. I haven't recieved anything yet so now I'm nervous. I really hope we get them this week.

Did you recieve yours? I wonder if they send a round of letters out and let those accepted decide if they are going to join the program or not and then send the next round of letters based on how many seats are available. Maybe they waitlist some students...I really don't know how it works. You are going to Carlow right? Did you have to take any type of entrance test or did you just apply and transfer your credits?
