Props? Props are always good. Kids need a visual. Dress in scrubs and wear your stethoscope.

maybe you could bring them all a surgical mask and a pair of vinyl gloves. Or syringes minus the needle to pretend with.

The older kids might like to take each other's blood pressure or at least listen with a stethoscope or even look in each others ears w/ an otoscope.

maybe as an activity you could help them each set up a first aid kit to take home with them (bandaids, gauze, alcohol prep, gloves etc)

My kids are about that age and they love finding eachothers heart beat with my old stethasope.
