I have completed my CGFNS certification and IELTS in the year 2005 through one of the agencies in india. They informed me that my visa screening certificate also approved. After an year agency is closed. But now I would like to work in US. Is there any possibility to continue my immigration process or I hav to restart my immigration process. How to proceed now

    Both your IELTS and VSC will have expired. You will need to find a employer willing to go the immigrant route. If you do not have a I140 filed then you will have to start all over again.

    You need to apply to your state BON and pass NCLEX then find employer willing to go either the H1b/immigrant route. If immigrant route you are looking at several years wait. Not all employers will look at H1b as it is expensive and employer has to pay, having some specialised experience will help.
