Care Plan Books

I was wondering what would be the best care plan book for me to use during the rest of my nursing student career. I just finished up med surg and next semester will be going into psych, peds, ob/gyn. after that it is ICU. Is there any care plan book that will integtrate all fields into one books? Thanks for your help.

I have the All in one Care Planning Resource by P. Swearingen. To be honest though, I don't use it as often as I use the following website:

Sign up and add 7th ed Nursing Diagnosis Handbook by Betty Ackley to your courses. Then look through the course documents to find the care plan constructor.

Good luck!!

I use the Nursing Diagnosis Handbook (7th ed). It is a really good book!!
