Hi everyone. I just wanted to hear some feedback. I am graduating from my ADN program next month and after putting in many applications, I have officially scored my first interview! It is for a PCU/telemetry new grad residency position.

The recruiter emailed me on Thursday with times for an interview and I set it up for April 4th at 11:30. My problem is after I set the time and date she requested that I send a link to 2 of my clinical instructors to fill out a quick reference form prior to the interview. I sent the link to 4 instructors that I am in good standing with just in case. Well, I have only heard back from 1 instructor which is the one from my ICU rotation. We are on spring break now and it was also a holiday weekend so I am sure that has played a role in the delay.

My question is what should I do if I do not get 1 of the other 3 instructors reference before Wednesday?
