I just registered through the internet today... and i received my candidate id number. i'm applying for the vermont nclex. i still have to send my candidate id number through email to vermont (they now accept emails). my question is... is there a time limit of some kind as to when you should email the candidate id number to vermont? should i email it right away? or is it okay to wait a few weeks and send it?:redpinkhe

What have you registered for and where has the ID number come from?
I have registered for the nclex rn for vermont. after registering online, pearsonvue gave me the id number through the email that i provided during registration...
All depends on when you want to sit the exam. It may be that Vermont will not send OK to pearsonvue until they receive ID number therefore you may not get ATT just yet

I would not delay. Send them the number so that your application progresses. Sometimes things get messed up so you want the maximum length of time to deal with any problems. Good luck on your test.

Once you have been approved, you have two years to register with
Pearson Vue and take the exam. (From the Vermont Site)
Since you have already registered with Pearson...
Your NCLEX examination registration will remain effective for a 365-day time period.
(From PearsonVue)
So I guess you still have one year after being approved and getting your candidate ID number.
Once you send out the candidate ID number, you'll be left with 3 months only:
Eligibility with Pearson Vue is only valid for 90 days. After that time
you will need to register with Pearson Vue again.
(From VT site)
GOD BLESS!
