Simple answer- the US because I live here. Can you be more specific with your question? Were you thinking of moving here to Az?

That's way too broad a question. It all depends on what you are looking for in your life as an RN. Since I'm in Montreal, my answer is Canada. WOuldn't make sense for me to answer US.

The answer depends upon your own individual priorities. I would answer that it is better to live in Canada - and better to work in the US. But those are my answers based upon my own values and priorities.

Haha, you posted this in an Arizona forum??? I'd at least try one of the border states....or the Canadian forum. Theres alot of Canadian nurses who head down to the states to make more money or adventure, some stay, some return. If you post in the Canadian foum you might get some opinions from people who have worked on both sides.
Being more specific with the question could get you more responses, what's your definition of "better"?

Well, we're a border state! It's just a different border.
I thought it was odd, but maybe the OP was looking for a warm state?
Hi,
I am thinking of moving to Fenix.
Thanks.
