can undocumented without daca or ssn get into nursing program nyc

hi, I am doing my pre-requisite at BMCC hoping to get into the nursing program, but I had seen the requirements to get into the program is to take a HESI nursing admission exam which requires you to be a US citizen. Did any of you get into the program even without a DACA status in nyc? really appreciate your feedbacks. Thanks
