Can i make it through?

I had my first med surg test today and failed. Im frustrated because i really spent time studying the materials and most of the stuff i studied didn't come out. When i did fundamentals i wasn't really giving my best shot but i passed with less stress but now that im taking school seriously and this ....

Any tips to study med surg? Those critical thinking tests are really tricky or sometimes i think they make it tricky so few people can graduate. I know most of them are common sense but some of the questions are just ridiculous and they're not of highest priority.

Anyway, thanks for hearing me out. I'm just so frustrated right now. I have my second test in 2 weeks, i really hope and pray that i will do good so i can stay on. Please include me in your prayers guys...

I took my medsurg book and highlighted plus I am a firm believer in taping lectures. I studied most by notes and lecture and third by the book. It is so hard. Don't give up...........
