can you apply for bridging program with 6.5 in writing in ielts?

hi i'm a certified renal nurse in the Philippines and seeks to be a nurse in Sydney. they said that in order to apply for the brdiging program, you need to have atleast 7 in all subjects. unfortunately i got a 6.5 in writing? would that mean i have no chance at all? can i just apply for the program and re-take it there?

ps to get a job in renal nursing you really need to have actual experience in it for at least 2-3 years and to claim to be a specialist nurse you need to have a graduate certificate/diploma/masters in renal nursing as well as the 2-3 years at least experience to claim that you are a renal specialist nurse.

At the moment I would think about 5 times before doing a bridging course in any event. We just got 16 applicants for one position and looked at the Australians first - because that is the rule here

yup i already have 2 year and about 6 months experience. my 6.5 writing in ielts is my problem. what should i do. this is my second time to take the test and i got the same score. can i enter AUS with my score then retake it again there?

Do not think the short bridging programs except applicants without the letter saying you will be excepted once you have attended a bridging program and you cannot get that letter without the 7 in IELTS.

There was a program at Uni of sa that took applicants without the letter and then applicants had to apply to the nursing board after the program, not sure if they have increased their IELTS score to 7 though to apply though.
