Calling OR Nurses in CA!!!

OR nurses in CA- what is your standby pay out of curiosity? My hospital's union is in negotiation, it has stayed the same for 16 years. They say that it is "competitive" to other hospitals in LA. Thanks!

Woah, I guess I'm doing fine regarding OR standby. In Central California, I make $15/hr.

Los Angeles area Hospital - Standby was $6 hr, then $8 hr, then moving to $10 hr soon

Bay Area RN. Standby is 50% regular pay

Starting pay is around $63 / hr

LA county stands by pay just went up this year to $5/hr! Yeah. ?
