CA Transcripts

Hello. I took my RN NCLEX on the 16th of January. My school JUST decided to tell us that the transcripts weren't sent out until Jan. 20th. I called the board on Jan. 26th and they still haven't recived them! I'm starting to get impatient and annoyed at my school, considering we graduated Dec. 15th! The board said the transcripts probably won't be processed until end of February!! Why so long?

If I failed my test will I get a letter sooner than the end of Feb. saying I didn't pass, even if the transcripts didn't get processed? They only need the transcripts to issue a license, right?

I'm trying to start my bachelors and will get dropped if I don't have my license soon! So much for 3-10 days! Grrr! This is miserable waiting!! Feedback anyone? Thank you!

Sorry that you have been put through this. Hope that you have made some progress with this by now.

I know exactly what you are going through! I took my test on Jan 20th. Found out that my school hadn't sent transcripts yet. I had to call them to make sure that they did. They were finally sent out last week. Called the CA-BRN today and the lady helping me said that my file was completed this morning and to expect results in 10 days. Hopefully that means my name will be popping up in those 10 days.

Hope you got your situation worked out!
