Hi,
This is my first posting to this forum. I find it very helpful indeed. I have some questions with regard to a letter I received about certain requirements that CA-BRN needs so that they can issue me my license. I passed the CA RN board sometime 2009. Now I have a SSN, they told me to furnish them a valid SSn, fingerprinting/livescan and transcript and of course to apply again for exam.
What services do I need to avail from CGFNS for them to send the CABRN since I already have my VSC? Is it the CES? How long does it take for them to send it to the BRN? Would it be better just to get transcripts from philippines?

CA do their own assessment so no need to use CGFNS

There are others who have had no problems in situations such as yours, now that you're both a CA NCLEX passer AND have the valid SS#. There's a good thread from those others and have good success in obtaining their CA license, I suggest you cruise this particular forum and you'll find all your concerns answered. Good luck!
