burnout :(

i enrolled for nclex review course last april. i studied well on every disease and i think i'm doing well because my scores during our review course were fine. i answered la charity too and i think it went well too, my scores were average.

but when i opened lippincott 3500, i had lots of mistakes which made me so anxious. should i go for my nclex sched next week or not?? :'(

Up to you. If you feel ready, go for it. If you are out in left field, consider rescheduling. Good luck.

I believe that when you are ready you will absolutely know it to the point you will not need anybody to tell you so. I had the same problem and wondered, how I would know I was ready. That time came (now I can say) and honestly I did not even know I was ready yet but my body language was telling me otherwise - I started feeling tired of studying, I would breeze through my practice questions real quick and at the same time I would feel anxious about not being ready yet. You will feel it in your gut when you are ready - believe me. I finally braved it all and went in and did it 5 days ago and I am please to announce that I am officially an RN... Good luck to you, just follow your gut.

I DON'T KNOW IF I'M READY, ALL I KNOW IS I GOT TIRED OF STUDYING AND I WANT TO END IT REALLY SOON. I'VE BEEN STUDYING SINCE APRIL. :( IT'S LIKE THE MORE I DELAY IT, THE MORE I FORGET MY BASICS AND EVERYTHING.... AND INFORMATION OVERLOAD, TOO. :(

THANKS FOR THE COMMENT. :) I REALLY THINK I'LL GO FOR IT THOUGH, OR ELSE I'LL FORGET ALL AND GET MORE ANXIOUS. :s

I think that the longer you wait the more nervous you will be. But you are the only one that can determine your readiness. There are some good comments on here so just relax and make the decision that's right for you.

I've read a lot of comments here.. :) I guess i'm taking it back.. :) I'm going to re-schedule again!! :) I think I got an anxiety attack for the past 2 days and started to become impuslive. I wasn't thinking clearly when I decided to schedule. I prayed hard and I finally got an answer. I need more time to study.

HELP!!!! :) Can anyone tell me, is the NCSBN application for iphone + LA CHARITY enough for the nclex exam?? Or I still have to go through lippincott/saunders/kaplan for content? What exactly is the format of the exam? :) Thanks a lot!! :)

People who even studied so hard don't feel they are well prepared but they are. just because you were not getting the scores you expected doesn't mean you are unprepared. You have done other practice questions and seem to do well on them so take it as an advantage. Don't get too caught up in the scores, because people have scored really high and failed while some people barely achieved the minimal score according to the whatever practice question books/software (like me) they have and still passed. Good luck to you and I hope you pass!

Thank you for the encouragement ^_^ Maybe you're right! I guess I was stressing myself too much on my mistakes. I was reading some of the comments when I found one that I think is useful. I decided to focus on Exam Cram + NCSBN now. This is final. After this, i'm going to push through with my exam! :) Thanks again. God bless you! ^_^ and God bless all those who are going to take the exam, too! :)
