Burn Out - please share your experience - Utilization management/review, appeals/denials, case mgmt

Hi everyone,

I was hoping some of you could shed some light on what has caused you or is causing you to feel burned out in this position. Or if you have a position where you're not experiencing burn out often, what about the position makes it better than the others? Is it all down to management?

I'm a remote care manager working for an insurance company, looking to move to U.R./U.M., but slightly anxious after reading some other experiences.

Also can you share any pointers of what I should look out for when considering a position, or possibly any insurance companies that you have had a good experience working for?

Thanks all!
