I've been doing quite a bit of research and have gotten different stories. I am due to start WGU in Feb 2014. I have 89/120 credits needed for the BSN. Are 31 credits possible to complete in 6 months? I am typically a fast learner and have taken plenty of online classes.
Thanks for any input!

I did 50 in three months, so yes it is possible. However you pretty much have to study every waking moment when not working including weekends. I was even studying on my birthday. :)
You will need a supportive mentor to get it done, one that understands you need to take certain classes early on and will let you accelerate at your pace. If you don't get one, you may need a new mentor. I hear some mentors will discourage super accelerators but mine was great.

Can I ask what you were doing during those 3 months? You say studying but is that what you were doing? I mean were you writing papers, doing projects, studying for tests? I appreciate your feedback.
When did you do the 50 credits? Thank you for your feedback!

Can I request a specific mentor Pmfb RN?
I don't know if you can request a mentor. As for my degree, I started Jun1 of this year, finished september. My term just 'ended' Nov 30. :) Studying includes studying for tests and writing papers for classes that required them. My guess, based on people I see on one of the other groups, is that most people finish in 2 terms, with some of us finishing in less than one and a few taking three or more. So YMMV. :)

I'm suppose to start in February 2014 as we'll and have 34 c/u's to complete before graduation I would love to get it done in 6 months but if I have to do it in twelve I will :-)
