Bruise

Hey - I'm still doing prereqs for nursing, so I thought I just might ask a question about myself. This morning I woke up and saw in the mirror a big bruise on my lower back right along my spine. I do remember that I twisted in yoga, causing it to crack really loud and hurt for a little. I showed my dad and he said it was nothing, but it's really sore.

I didn't know who else to ask but my fellow nurses! Do you think I should get it checked out, or is it a blood vessel problem? Thanks!

Hello AnnieMc

I can understand your concern, but we aren't allowed to give medical advice per Terms of Service. I recommend you see a physician.

Take care.
