the saunders book you are talking about is saunders comprehensive review for the nclex-rn examination, 3rd edition, by linda anne silvestri and it comes with a cd that has over 4,000 practice questions on it. i have been hearing a lot of complaints about errors on the cd, however. i have it myself and have found these errors to be true. you might be able to find a copy of this book in a library if you cannot afford to buy it.

You can order the Sylvestri book online from either Barnes & Noble or Amazon websites and arrange for payment by credit card (or I sometimes use a debit card). The book will be delivered to your door by the US mail or UPS within a week. You can also go to any major bookstore and ask them to order this book for you if they don't have a copy of it in the store. You pay for the book when they receive it. You might have to wait a week for them to get it shipped to the store. This is a very popular and top selling book, so there should be no problem with them getting it.
