BMCC Fall 2020

Mine were 3 and 5 when I went back to college and it was not easy for sure

Yeah, got that same email. They probably have to go through a lot of applications. Calculate GPAs...and then how to pick if everyone had a very high GPA? Probably a lottery ???

Or compare the GPA of other classes? Like bio 426, 420 ...

I was told it’s straight up off the top , the highest scores get in . Of course maybe that’s different because of no exam !

yes, who knows....They may be very overwhelmed... I wonder how many applications they receive?

Sure, especially since there is no HESI. Was just wondering if there will be two people per seat w let's say a 4.0 GPA. Like what if they get 1000 applications and 200 of them have a 4.0 GPA? ?

Sorry I think I was confusing. I meant when they are down to the last spot and let say there are 10 people with the same GPA for that spot they need to pick one and they probably look at your GPA of other classes

It has to be more than 300...BMCC is so so affordable and this is why all the CUNYs are so competitive nowadays. Privates are exorbitant which is why their admittance rates are way higher but perhaps 50+K a year...
