BLS expiration

If your BLS expiration date says 3/2009 does that mean it is expired by the end of March 2009, or is it expired by the end of Feb? (I would assume the end of March...but just to make sure)

It expires on the last day of the month listed. If it says 3/2009, you have until 3/31 to renew. You're out of date on 4/1. :)
