BHCC Spring 2012 acceptance letters

Does anyone know when the Spring 2012 evening acceptance letters go out? Everyone had to take the TEAS in October, so I am assuming that the letters go out in November, but does anyone know how soon?

I called and the woman I spoke with said letter go out next month (December) and maybe the end of this month. Ugh! That is even longer than I thought. That really doesn't give people a lot of time to plan.

I think the level of stress that BHCC causes each and every one of us in anticipation for the acceptance letters, is terrible!!!!

Does anyone know what scores we are looking at needing on the TEAS? I took mine in Oct, and I did above average. Looking to compare my scores to others and with gpa's. I am a bundle of nerves!

No one at BHCC every knows what they are talking about. It's so frustrating! I heard the same, late Nov, early Dec. I got an 80 overall on the TEAS, no so great. And i have a 3.8 GPA. Hopefully we will know soon. EEEEK!

I got an 87 in math and an 84 in science on the TEAS, which I am pretty happy about, but my GPA is a 3.7, which is ok, but I am kicking myself for not doing better in A&P I. It was my first college in class in ten years, so I was a little rusty.

I can't believe that it is taking them this long. They had our applications in August. They had to have looked them over before they got all of our TEAS scores. Why does it take them a month to decide? Especially becasue they only seem to be judging us on points. They don't do interviews, or letters of recomendation, or essays, or resumes or anthing!

Does anyone know how to determine your overall score? My report just has 3 breakdowns, math, science, and reading.

i'm just going to guess that Jmsica means that she scored in the 80's in all three sections.

You should be hearing from them soon. The school called me yesterday to let me know they won't be running the hybrid program, but that I could expect an acceptance letter soon.

Which means, they'll be going out for everyone soon. I would guess next week.

Had you applied specifically to the hybrid program? What is your gpa like? Teas grade?? This waiting has ruined my holiday!! Stress stress

I just called again because the stress is killing me. I was told early December again, but I really hope pantalones is right!

What were your TEAS and gpa, pantalones? I just called and all they said was soon. Does anyone know if they will eb accepting more for day.evening.weekend, since they are not doing a hybrid?

Thanks

i seriously hope they will do bigger day, eve, weekend. i'm already stressed about how competative it is, I really don't want to think about being up against a whole new batch of students.

This is getting worse by the minute! Those letters cannot come fast enough!

When ya'll log into your BHCC accounts, and go to program evaluation. Do you have a nursing option? as well as a general copncentration option? I just noticed I have a nursing day option...hoping thats a good sign!!!!!
