Thanks! I heard that nursing for spring time out of the 1,300 people who apply they take around 170. 80 of which are transfer students/the rest are freshman/inter-tranfers. So i assume it would be around the same for the fall.

Got my acceptance today, so shocked i got in. So excited! Wish everyone luck!

Has anyone else applied for the Fall 2012 Traditional BSN program at Umass Boston? Have you heard back yet?

PS. I did not want to try and register because i didn't want to mess anything up lol, so I'm going to wait it out. My luck ill do something wrong and take my name off the list.

How did you know you were registered? Did you get a letter?

I have the A.S Nursing Day option as well, i hope it's a good sign. And I'm not just getting excited over nothing lol ( Just jumped up and down when i saw it) Haha

I took the TEAS in October. It was awful. I was given like 5-7 science questions that i had ever learned from my pre-reqs. But the Math was really easy, it was weird. I studied from the TEAS V book, which was helpful if you use the time wisely! Im a straight A student and got just passable grades on the TEAS test, so hopefully they take you GPA in higher consideration.

No one at BHCC every knows what they are talking about. It's so frustrating! I heard the same, late Nov, early Dec. I got an 80 overall on the TEAS, no so great. And i have a 3.8 GPA. Hopefully we will know soon. EEEEK!
