Best 2 week schedule??

Hi everyone...I have been working a Friday, saturday, sunday schedule since i started working 6 months ago. I work 3 - 12 hour night shifts a week and am FINALLY finished with that weekend schedule. Do you have any suggestions as to the best schedule for a two week period on nights? Thanks in advance!!

I like working the Sun, Mon, Tues stretch. It satisfies my weekend requirement;). Also, I like working the front end of one week, and the the back end of the following. I am off 8 days in row...which I love. I am able to save vacation time.

I work 3, 12 hour nights right now, I prefer all 3 in a row. If you have one on one off you sleep for the day off and don't get anything done. Two or three off in between is the ideal.

Here is my schedule for 12 hour shifts:

Week one: Work Mon, Tues.

Off Wed, Thurs.

Work Fri, Sat, Sun

Week two: Off Mon, Tues.

Work Wed, Thurs.

Off Fri, Sat, Sun.

I do two days on, three days off, two days on, three days off, two days on, two days off. So basically:

Work- Sat, Sun

Off- Mon, Tues

Work- Wed, Thurs

Off- Fri, Sat, Sun

Work- Mon, Tues

Off- Wed, Thurs, Fri

And then start again. My husband is off every friday, and with that schedule, and I am too

I work this schedule:

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat

Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues

Then I'm off Wed-Sun :)

6on & 8 off, or some places want all the days covered and then it's 7 & 7 with a guaranteed 8 hrs OT.

Ahh, vacation every second week! Woo Hoo!

I work two on ,four off in a cycle.
