Best state for Nurses

Hi all,

I'm an LPN finishing my RN in the next few months. My husband and I are looking for a change in scenery. We are currently located in Ohio, and the nursing field here is saturated with New Grads, with not many jobs available. We have over 8 really good nursing schools within a 30 mile radius. Here in Ohio as a new RN you make on average $23 an hour. If we were to relocate I would want around the same pay, preferably a little more.

Where do you guys love that offers decent pay, and is not saturated with nursing prospects? Thanks for all your help.
