Best PMHNP Program?

I'm finishing up my MSN and want to complete a PMHNP program. My requirements are a decent program, whether distance or traditional, reasonable tuition, and they at least assist with finding preceptors. My ultimate wish list would be West Coast if traditional program, or a hybrid program again based on the West Coast. I've cruised the threads here about this and the predominant theme seems to be those looking for the cheapest online degree for a variety of valid reasons. Luckily I can foot the bill for a decent degree as well as move if I have to attend a traditional program. Alas, I live in Nevada where we have 0 PMHNP programs.

Any thoughts people?

    OHSU or University of Washington would be two stellar traditional programs on the West Coast.
