Best Apps for student RN!!

Hello! I'm currently a pre-nursing student @ WGTC. I have submitted my paperwork and am waiting patiently to find out if I will start the RN program in January! I am pretty confident with my scores; therefore, I am wanting to start buying supplies and preparing!

I was thinking about purchasing a pda to use for the program, but I have a droid incredible, so I am able to buy and download apps on my phone just like I could on a pda.

If you have any suggestions on apps from a pda or android that helped you through nursing school or as a nurse now, please reply and help me out! I'd rather have a good medical dictionary, drug guide, etc in my pocket instead of carrying around a huge book!

Thanks for the suggestions!!

Wow!!! It is extremely tough getting an RN job after you finish school... We graduated Dec. 2010 and still do not have jobs.. Be prepared financially.

Where did you go to school? I'm in Columbus, OH and the market here is very saturated but anyone who went to a reputable school, did well, and made themselves stand out landed a job here quickly.
