Where have you applied? Have you tried walking into to nursing homes for applications?

It's only been 2 days so I wouldn't make it out to be a bigger deal than it is. Sometimes it could just be something as minor as the way your resume is written. Have you updated it yet to fit your current situation? I switched my entire format around and received an interview offer the next day after emailing it.

yes my resume is fine. on monday i went to a nursing home. they have my resume, my certificate of completion, and they made a copy of my cpr card.

It's only been two days? You do have to realize things take time to develop. Give it a couple more days, then place a phone call to the facility, and speak with the person whom you gave your resume to. Other than that apply to as many places as you can. Good luck

I have been applying for a month and just scheduled my first interview. I revamped my resume and cover letter. Two days is nothing, there's a good chance that after two days they haven't even looked at your application yet!

I dropped off my application in person and didn't hear anything back until a week later when they called to set up and interview. Just give em a few days :)
