    Clinical sites so far have been great & instructors have been good! By preceptor, I assume you mean the nurses you shadow in the hospital? Those are hospital employees - most are welcoming of nursing students. Really depends on the site & we have been able to gradually progress from giving injections to some IVs etc. But this will be over the span of your clinical experience over the semesters. 

    I don't have much info on scholarships. You could contact [email protected] who is the Financial Aid Manager who may direct you.
