Basic Arrhythmia Test

I got offered a position at a hospital for telemetry tech. I have to take a basic arrhythmia test and I am very stressed out about. Can someone please give me insight to what the test is like and what I should study? I am in PA. Thank you.

Suggest you get your hands on an ACLS study guide. It includes all the basic arrhythmias. Telemetry techs are only responsible for technical aspects of the monitoring system, and this means they have to be differentiate a 'real' arrhythmia from artifact & know when to holler for a nurse.
