The first interview is the phone interview. You're not interviewing for the units just yet. The phone interview was the recruiter asking general questions. After that we were sent a questionnaire and that is were we put in our top three units we were interested in. Also you may have to go in and turn in some documents. That information is forwarded to the nurse recruiters at each baptist hospital and if they want to interview you then they'll call and set up a panel interview.

@runnerchick I put ICU or med/surge !! I'm so nervous, I keep checking my application status every 3 hours !!! I just want to know if I'm still in the game

i put ER and critical care. MY first interview is today at 2 pm at the actual hospital. I know someone who went yesterday and was there for 3 hours interviewing, so be sure to allow yourself that amount of time. im not sure how today will be but ill let you know!

Take it one step at a time they have a ton of applicants to get through! Remeber everything happens for a reason. My friend applied for Versant got denied and got called in for an ICU interview so don't loose hope! I applied April 28
