Was it hard to get accepted to this program? I am planning on applying as soon as I am able to. I don't graduate until May.

Well a lot if students applied. You first get selected for a phone interview then if you're selected to move forward they'll send your info to the nurse recruiters of each baptist hospital. If they want they'll call you for a panel interview. After that is the waiting game. You may interview for more than one hospital and for different units.

hey ladies! I am also starting with the Versant RN residency this March. I graduated in December but I am internal candidate. I'm starting at West Kendall Baptist in L&D (nights). I wonder if the classroom training will all be at Baptist Main. Does anyone know?

I haven't gotten anything!! Congrats to you too! Honestly I am going nuts, I've been emailing my recruiter but all I've received is the offer letter. I feel so out of the loop. I'm not even sure what day we start

Our recuiter gave us our letter congratulating us and the schedule for the first three weeks. Apparently we may start the 11. I'll on you. I'm not sure if everyone is going to be together though

My friend got a job at Florida Hospital in Orlando a few months after graduating from our BSN Program. She got in at the ICU but there is a 2-3 yr contract she has to finish out there. Yes I'm in the Miami area and competition is insane here. I think about how lucky I am every day because I spend 8 months looking for a job. Are you and your classmate getting your BSNs?
