There are quite a few current threads in the UK forum regarding preparing for band 6 interviews as this is UK specific. If you go under the "world" section in the yellow navigation bar then select "UK nursing" there are 3 or 4 threads on band 6 interviews at the top of the forum list. Good luck
I was thinking about the staff safety matrix. .im not sure on patient to staff ratio..any ideas? :-)

I would divide the patients equally between the staff and inform the RN that doesn't have her IV certificate that if she has a patient that requires IV that I would do it. The RN that doesn't have IV can still do all the other work and where possible could pick up something from you that they could do so you can free some time up when doing IV's.
You don't really mention what area you are looking at as well as how many IV's there could be.
Thanks its medical elderly care :')
