Has anyone gone through, going through this program? If so can you tell me what they're process was? Did they have a waiting list, how does it work?

I just enrolled in Baker. I am taken the pre reqs this year and hope to get into the PN program next year. From what I have been told, 300 apply and only 30 get in. It is based on your 1st year GPA and test scores. I then have to apply to the program next June. There are no waitlist. If you ask for more info the admissions people are more than happy to tell you everything.

I am soon to begin the LPN program at Baker. Call for any updated pre-req info, as it may change from last year. The process is pretty simple; finish the required pre-req's, apply for the program, take the hesi test (entrance exam) and await the letter regarding acceptance.

I am not in the LPN program at Baker, but I am in the RN program. First off congratulations on deciding to persue a degree in nursing. Second of all dont fall into the pre-program rumors. There aren't ever 300 students applying for 30 seats. We had the same rumors floating around. There were a whole 8 students who didn't get into the nursing tract that applied for my class. Just get good grades and work hard, you will be fine!
