Az BON concurrency issue help!

hi everyone! i need your help!! i was about to finalize my application to cgfns-ces until i found out that arizona also has concurrency issues with Filipino applicants for the nclex. i'm a 2010 graduate, passed the PNLE, had dialysis and hospital training and worked as a nurse for a year. Last year, I lived in California and then moved to Arizona because my husband's application was rejected by CaBON due to the concurrency issue. We didn't know that the issue is the same here in Arizona. Good thing I did a research about issues in Az BON before sending the payment to cgfns.

I read from some of the posts that graduates of 2012 and 2013 have been accepted to take the exam thanks to the new nursing curriculum and i'm wondering if some 2010, 2011 or other batches before me got a thumbs up from Az BON to take the nclex. Will my license and work experience help me be considered to take the exam? And do i have to take ielts/toefl even if the textbooks used by my school were in English? Our last option is to apply in Nevada but I'm really hoping there's a chance here in Az.

Hoping someone will share their experience :)

    UPDATE: Passed the toefl on July. Sent my application the next month. Received instructions/requirements and fingerprint card 5 days after. Paid pearson vue the next month. Got my ATT this morning. Didnt expect it would be this fast. I'm taking the nclex end of November. Wish me luck :)

    Hi demoniquenurse!! Cgfns already sent my documents to azbn but I still have to pass the toefl exam. They'll wait for my toefl result first before they process my application. I'm taking it this June/July. So for now, I'm focused on toefl. The speaking part is hard and they need a grade of 26/30 for that :( what state are you from?

    Hi to you, CGFNS nad Toefl complete, but I failed TOEFL,

    I have read the above posts to try applying and see what happens. my mistake is I have a failed score for TOEFL that is already in the system of AZBN. i got 91 overall but for speaking i only got 20.

    Ill try my luck and pay the non refundable fee and see what happens.
