Anyone know of a site I can get audio summaries of a fundamentals book? I have an hour commute and would love to use that time efficiently. My teacher won't let us record his lectures but he does but up a plain Jane voice recording of the power points with a few extra points added but I have to be connected to Internet to listen to them and I don't wanna use up my data plan on my phone.
Anyone?

Usually the publisher website has audio reviews. You just have to register your textbooks.

Check out Audible.com ( http://www.audible.com ) It is a subsidiary of Amazon & they are publisher 'agnostic' so they carry a huge variety of books. Personally, I would worry about listening to textbooks for fear of dropping off to sleep But, I enjoy listening to fiction/novels when I am traveling... I load them on my Kindle (Touch, Fire or Keyboard) but you could probably put them on any device with audio capability.
Let us know how it works out for you.

I use Audible on my iPhone, and I've downloaded the Vango Notes for Prentice Hall Nursing Reviews & Rationales Fundamentals as well as the Med-Surg one. As supplements to nursing textbooks, they are great resources and I like having another way to study on my commute.
