ATT question

Hi. I was just wondering if someone could give me an idea of how long it takes to get your ATT (Authorization to Test)? I submitted my transcripts, money, etc on April 14, 2006. I graduated May 12, 2006. I check the Pearson site way to much probably (every day) and it always says "Eligibility Pending" . None of my classmates have gotten theres yet either. I know I am being anal ...I just am ready to take my NCLEX. Also, once you get your ATT, how quickly are you usaually able to scheldule to take the test?

Thanks (Sorry for being impatient),

Amanda

georgia is one of the slower states to get you approved to test. We were told that it takes 2-3 weeks to get approval. Once you get it via email or snail mail you can pretty much take the test whenever. I got mine last friday and today I scheduled to take it next wednesday (june 7th). Mind you I'm moving to texas so the texas board of nursing moved a little quicker than georgia. Our class graduated on May 6th and the applications were sent to the georgia board of nursing may 22nd.
