ATI 2013

Has anyone taken the new ATI 2013 tests yet? I was wondering for feedback.

I'm not sure if your talking about the predictor or the individual ones after each class is complete. My school makes us do it at the end of each class in order to pass and then in our last semester we will take the predictor. I purchased the ATI app from itunes and it helped me drill through questions and read rationales so for me it was worth the $20! I feel like it really helped me score high on the tests...which is good because in my program they are worth 20% of your grade!

I took the 2013 Predictor on thursday. I got a 97% chance of passing NCLEX first try and I did not do anything but take one practice exam and of course throughout the semester I took a practice test from each subject.

My advice is to think through the questions with ABC's, maslows, actual vs. potential risk and least invasive to most invasive. You will be fine if you keep that in mind. I don't recommend neglecting to study if you don't have a strong grasp on the material though.

Thanks SlinkyheadCNA for that wonderful information and congratualtions! I take it soon, If you could email me at [email protected]. I will greatly appreciate it! :)

For ATI, I was able to use the review manuals for each class. I am in OB-Peds, Mental Health right now. I read these books practically front to back and it was really much more helpful than taking practice exams.

I took the 2013 Community ATI - it isn't just about community health but a lot of med/surg, pharmacology, and leadership! I passed, but it was the very first ATI that I didn't score a level 3 on.
