ATI Levels?

Published

I have my first ATI exam coming up, and need to get at least a Level 1 to pass. I'm kinda struggling with the practice tests, and getting like a 65%. So now I have to study all the remediation stuff. Anyway, what percentage counts as a level 1? 2? 3?

Thanks!!!

It changes all the time because it goes by the averages of schools across the nation. I've taken teh fundamentals, med-surg, psych, and ob so I could tell you what the level averages were for one of those if you need :)

I'm doing Fundamentals next week, Would so sooper appreciate the level averages for that! Thanks a ton!

Depends on the course.

ATI just changed their values.

If it's Fundamentals? 65% might be a level 2.

Doesn't it tell you what level you rec'vd on the scoresheet printout?

When I took it, about 1 year ago, it was 68%. It changes though so the best would be to ask someone at school but I wouldnt worry too much about it, just study :)

Thanks for the feedback. Took my Fundamentals ATI today and got a level II! Woohoo! No re-test for me! I got a 72%. Still don't know what the cut off's are for level III or I. On the practice tests it only gave us a percentage, not a 'level'. A few of my classmates (we are 12 total) have to retake (got a level I or 0), and I know of one that got a III.

SO now I have a presentation due next week, and then the final, and my fundamentals semester is OVER! I'm so ready for the upcoming 3 week break!

Here is what my instructor just sent me a week or so ago and told us to hold on to it. Hope this helps (although, it may be different than your program)
