Hi Lexibear

I work in an assisted living in New Hampshire. I work 11-7 on the alzheimers care unit. For the most part I love it. I have 24 residents 1-2 lnas not too bad of a med pass. I usually try to help the other shifts, by doing extra paper work. I think it can be a little more hectic on other shifts but if you have worked in LTC you should have no problem. I actully left Assisted Living and went to a NH and returned to the Assisted Living facility and am not sorry I did.

Sounds great thanks! We are not having any specialized units. We have 32 bed assisted living, and I think a 38 bed independent living. This building was just built and won't open for a few weeks but it beautiful inside. A person wouldn't have to leave! They offer pretty much everything the outside world has including Chapel, Beauty/Barber shop, exercise room, billards room, pub, soda shop, 4 different dining rooms, theater, etc. I am very excited to get started with residents, thanks again for the input!
