I have a friend from the philippines and she work for 3 years now as a BSN nurse in some hopsital in the philippines. I want to help here so that she will be able to work in unites states or in canada.Is there anybody know how and where to apply a direct hire for nurses? I appreciate your response. pls. help me

    Suggest you do some reading, the US has been under retrogression for several years and probably will remain so for a few more years to come. Canada as long as she meets requirements both for the province she wishes to live and work and immigration she can apply for Immigration however the cap for nurses this year is full and may reopen in June but there are other routes she just needs to look on the CIC website

    It stands for Citizenship and Immigration Canada.There is no way she can be hired and work in Canada until she obtains a Canadian nursing license and applies through CIC for immigration to Canada. This will still take her time and money to go through this rpocess. She has to apply to the province she wants to work in and they will assess her education and determine if she is eligible to write the CRNE.
